Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of Danish Alliance For Renewables provides strategical guidance on RD&D areas in order to deliver singular and coordinated recommendations to decision makers inside the industry and academia.
The Executive Committee (ExCo) serves as the governing body of DAFRE, comprising key stakeholders within the Danish renewable energy sector. Through collaboration and the integration of diverse expertise, the ExCo ratifies the alliance’s strategic counsel and recommendations on research, development, and demonstration areas. These efforts aim to deliver cohesive guidance to industry decision-makers, academic stakeholders, and external entities such as governmental or transnational organizations.
Responsibilities of the ExCo include:
Defining roles and responsibilities within the DAFRE platform.
Outlining operational guidelines in alignment with the mission.
Approving and launching activities, including objectives, timelines, and scopes.
Endorsing deliverables such as publications, policy recommendations, workshops, etc.
Driving corporate development and ensuring the alliance's future sustainability.
ExCo members consist of Chief Technology Officers or their equivalents from leading companies in the renewable energy sector and prominent research institutions.
